Preparations for the 14-Day Journey

Module Description

Welcome to the course.  In time, introductory videos and guides will appear here and more content will appear.  This course is not listed for sale on www.innerscapesmeditation.com because it is a work in progress and we are currently testing the new format.  So, until the video comes, you should be testing this course unless you found it and paid by accident.  If you paid by accident, that's fine, you'll still et what you paid for but you might not understand how to use the course.  So, you must take the following steps:

• Every day has a PDF, read that PDF.  It's the days' lessons.  Read this before you do anything else.

• Some days have an exercise, a “Mindful Eating Exercise” for example.  Do this after the PDF unless there is no exercise for that day.

• Finally, each day will have a formal meditation session (or sit as I call it).  Do this last.  You may use with or without prompting.  I suggest you use without prompt if you can, maybe use the prompt the first time if you like and then anytime thereafter if you want some guidance.

Thank you for your patience with these rough instructions while we get some more pleasing video together!  Also, I am adding the daily exercises on a rotational basis.  This course, going live at the time of this writing, will only have complete material for the first day with later material uploaded on each coming day as the test rolls forward.  This should not affect anyone who accidentally slipped in but it deserves mention.
