You'll learn basic practices that work in daily life and build a foundation in mindfulness that points toward something deeper. You'll get support from Joshua and clear next steps if you want to continue your practice.

Daily practice reveals patterns you'd miss with occasional attempts. You'll notice what times of day work better, what obstacles show up, what actually helps.

This builds familiarity with mindfulness practice. You can continue independently or deepen your practice through Meditation Mastery or 1-on-1 coaching.

Preparations for the 14-Day Journey

Module Description

Welcome to the course. 

• Every day has a PDF, read that PDF.  It's the days' lessons.  Read this before you do anything else.
• Some days have an exercise, a “Mindful Eating Exercise” for example.  Do this after the PDF unless there is no exercise for that day.
• Finally, each day will have a formal meditation session (or sit as I call it).  Do this last.  You may use with or without prompting.  I suggest you use without prompt if you can, maybe use the prompt the first time if you like and then anytime thereafter if you want some guidance.
